Incorporated in 1989, ZMC Technologies provides sales, maintenance services, and certified training for equipment and accessories to the Semiconductor, Photovoltaic and LED industries in South-east Asia, China and India.

We provide solutions for Silicon Wafer Manufacturing, Wafer Fabrication, Advanced Packaging, Assembly/Test/Packaging, Failure Analysis & Reliability, Accessories and Consumables.

Service Competence and Response

ZMC’s team of service personnel are engineering / technical professionals by training. In addition to their background knowledge and experience, they are also trained by the respective principals’ products they are assigned to. These training sessions are conducted either at the principals’ factory or on-the-job.

The Regional Logistics Centre is located in Singapore where spares for the various equipment are stocked and ready to be dispatched upon customers’ request or as required. In addition, essential spares are maintained on stand-by in each office or at customer’s premises for a quick turn-around.
