KoMiCo, a leading company of precision cleaning and special coating in semiconductor industry, was founded August 2013. Starting with the founding of the R&D center in April of 1998, KoMiCo has expanded their business from cleaning Etch device parts to CVD, Sputter, and all of the semiconductor manufacturing processes.
